SCHEDULE: Admins are available MON - SAT (10:00 AM - 5:00 PM). Negligence in policies will result in immediate account restriction.

Work Protocols

  • Refund Timeline: Refunds must be processed within 3 weeks. ElitSpotHub is not responsible for scams beyond this period.
  • Response Time: Members must respond to Admins/PMs within 48 hours. Failure leads to a 24-hour warning suspension. 2 warnings result in permanent restriction.
  • Product Transparency: 'Less Refund' product details must be explicitly mentioned in the Keyword section.
  • Scam Protection: ElitSpotHub does not cover scams for products priced under $99.99.
  • Compensation Policy: For scams between $100+, the burden is shared: 35% PM, 35% PMM, 30% ElitSpotHub.
  • Low Commission Cases: If commission is less than the scam amount, loss is shared 50/50 between ElitSpotHub and PMM.
  • One-Star Restriction: Listing one-star products is strictly prohibited and leads to account termination.
  • Price Accuracy: If listed price is lower than actual, ElitSpotHub only covers 50% of the listed value in scam cases.
  • Account Security: One ID per person. Sharing portal credentials with friends or relatives results in an immediate ban.
  • Prohibited Items: HARAM products are strictly disallowed.
  • Quota System: Consistent late commission payments (2-3 months) will trigger the Quota System (advance payment required).

Anti-Bullying Code

Zero Tolerance: Bullying (Verbal, Physical, Emotional, or Cyber) leads to immediate termination.
  • Professionalism: Every PM, PMM, and Admin must treat colleagues with absolute dignity and respect.
  • Reporting: All incidents of bullying must be reported. Confidentiality is guaranteed.
  • Gender Safety: Verbal or physical harassment towards females is met with the strictest disciplinary actions.
