Work Protocols

Refund Timeline

Refunds must be processed within a standard 3-week window. If a refund is not possible, the product must be returned before the return deadline, and the PMM should mark the order status as “Refunded.”

Response Mandate

Members must respond to Admin/PM inquiries within 48 hours. Delayed responses trigger account review.

Product Disclosure

Any 'Partial Refund' or 'Less Refund' items must be explicitly marked in the product keywords section.

Asset Protection

Platform insurance coverage only applies to products with a market value exceeding $99.99.

Loss Compensation

In verified scam cases over $100, liability is split: 50% PM, 40% PMM, and 10% Platform.

Ethics Code

Listing one-star products or restricted (HARAM) items results in permanent account suspension.

Multi-Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual. Identity verification sharing is strictly prohibited.
